A 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town home situated on the resort of Emerald Island in the heart of Kissimmee.

This neutrally decorated, clean and comfortable home that is perfect for your family vacation. The home will sleep 8 guests and is only a few steps from the clubhouse and all the amenities there. The house has new leather sofas in the open plan living area that makes for a social area that is flooded with natural light all day, you can relax here and watch the 32 inch cable TV or DVDs. There is a dining table that seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Behind the table there are patio doors that open to a shaded patio where you can sit in the open air. The kitchen has all the facilities you could possibly require should you decide that you want to cook or eat in the home.

The bedrooms are all upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king size bed, a 25 inch TV, walk in closet and patio doors to a balcony. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and large closet, bedroom 3 has twin beds and a large closet.

Emerald Island is a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has an impressive dolphin fountain which can lead you to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community pool, spa pool and sun-deck to relax on. There is also a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, tennis courts and a sandy volleyball court or if you like to stretch your legs there is a nature trail for you to walk around. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is conveniently located for all your vacation needs.
