This luxury 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa will sleep up to 16 people and yet provides plenty of space. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation. The south-facing villa is situated in a quiet conservation area with woodland and lakes on the doorstep. Fishing is permitted in the lake at the rear of the property, where you will see many wild birds and animals.

Bedrooms -TWO GROUND FLOOR DOUBLE BEDROOMS – one with a Queen sized bed (32" HDMI TV & DVD included) and the other with a double bed 24" LED TV &DVD and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. There is also another separate ground floor bathroom. Double Sofa-Bed available if required.

MASTER BEDROOM – Supersized bed, 32" HDMI TV and DVD player, with large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a bath and walk-in wardrobe.

FOUR MORE BEDROOMS – All with 24" LED HDMI TV's and DVD's. One with full size double bed, three with twin beds. Separate Family Bathroom and cot/crib also available.There is an additional single rollaway bed which can be useful if 3 children want to sleep in the same room.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Fridge Freezer, Gas oven and range, microwave, George Foreman Grill and everything else you need.

At the end of the Family room, there is the Breakfast Dining Area -A great place to eat your breakfast and view the pool and the lake.There is also a large formal Dining Room, Seating at least 8 people. Children's Plates & Cutlery Included - High Chair Also Available.

If you would prefer to eat outside, there is a large table with chairs on the patio, plastic cups and plates are provided for your safety. We also provide a BBQ (Charcoal) for Cooking by the pool a gas range can be hired if required.

The FAMILY ROOM - A large south facing room recently tiled, opening onto the pool with New 60" LED HDMI Internet TV with 1200W Cinema Surround sound and DVD. Plug in your IPOD for superb music sound. Seating includes a double sofa bed.
