Looking for a good-size 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom vacation home that sleeps up to 9 people, that's close to all the major theme parks (see below), and has no rear neighbors? If so, this house is the one for you. The kitchen is large and spacious. It has black, modern appliances, tile flooring, dark wooden cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar/island that acts as extra counterspace and a place for up to 3 people to eat at. If you need somewhere to eat that holds more people, just off the kitchen is the dining area, which seats 7. Just to the side of the dining table is the patio door, which leads into the pool area (we'll talk about this in a minute). Just off the dining area is the modern, informal living room. Here, you'll find a large white, leather sectional sofa and an armchair, and a large wooden entertainment center with a large flat screen TV. If you need somewhere else to sit down and relax, there's also a formal living room at the front of the house, which has an L-shaped grey sectional for everyone to sit on. If those two living rooms aren't enough, there's even a small living area upstairs with a sofa. Did we mention how much sunlight all the communal rooms receive? It's a lot. Sunlight just streams through all the windows, making this place feel cheery. Go through the patio door, and you'll enter the pool area that is screened in and has a large L-shaped pool. There are also sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan and a patio table and chairs under a covered lanai, which is great for some alfresco dining. There's even a games room in the converted garage, complete with an air hockey table and a foosball table. Like we previously said, there are 4 bedrooms. The first and biggest bed is the master bedroom. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third bedroom has two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds with a single bed on top and another full-sized bed on the bottom. Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.
