Property Description Located in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa with a private pool sleeps up to 8 people. Let's see what's going on under the roof. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the fourth bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TV. The kitchen is large and spacious. It has plenty of countertop space, granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and views of the living area. It also comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you'd need to whip up something tasty to eat. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a patio door that leads to the pool area. Just off the kitchen is the dining area that has seating for up to 6 people. The pool area is screened in and has a spa, a covered lanai with a table and four chairs, and a good-sized pool. Community Details Calabay Parc is one of the most sought-after, stylish, and celebrated rental vacation communities in Central Florida. Situated in a conservation area surrounded by orange groves and woodland, all lawns and landscaping are maintained on a regular basis to keep up its immaculate appearance.
