Within easy walking distance from the Oasis Club This outstanding property is set within the beautiful gated community resort of Champions Gate Resort, Florida.
Ground Floor:
The Master King Suite 1 complete with flat screen HDTV, walk-in closets, toilet, shower, bath tub, double vanity bathroom with tiled floor, granite tops and door to pool area.
The King Suite 2 with a flat screen HDTV, linen cupboard, toilet, a large shower, double vanity unit and sink, tiled floor and granite tops.
The Kitchen is beautifully appointed with all major appliances set in stainless steel such as the double (side by side) refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic glass top range (cooker). All work tops are high quality granite. There's also a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and everything else you'll ever need in terms of cutting board, knife block, pots & pans, electric can opener, oven mitts, crockery, glasses, cups, plates, utensils and silverware, even plastic 'glasses' for outdoor use.
The Formal Dining area boasts a beautiful dining table and chairs
The Family Room is vast, with soft seating, side tables & lamps, beautiful wall decorations and a wall mounted 65" flat screen HDTV. Three huge glass patio windows offer an unparalleled view of the outdoor swimming pool.
The Covered Lanai which is very spacious and hosts outdoor seating as well as sun loungers, that sit beside the Swimming Pool. The pool faces south. The spa set in the ground directly beside the swimming pool.
For safety, there's a Child Barrier Protection Fence which is situated between the pool and the covered lanai, just in case; it's a light frame with transparent mesh screens so don't think it's going to block out the light or spoil your view, it doesn't.
The Games Room incorporates a pool table, an air hockey table and foosball table.
Upstairs (2nd Floor):
Loft Area or 2nd living area provides a sofa, corner table and lamp, a wall mounted 50" flat screen HDTV. A Playstation4 console with games is provided.
The Laundry Closet has both washing machine and separate dryer, plus an ironing board, an iron, a few laundry baskets.
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
There are plenty of activities to keep you active on your vacation including a volleyball court and multi-purpose sports courts, the exciting Splash Aquapark, a Lazy River, resort style pool, arcade and even a state of the art fitness centre. In addition to all this there's also a convenience store for any last minute items and treats.
