This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.
This home boasts over 3,000+ sq ft for you and your family to relax and unwind from long days at the park. This home has a large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups.
The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area with seating for 8, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The property has One King Master Suite located on the first floor plus another Twin size beds Bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk in shower that supports the Twin size beds Bedroom and the swimming pool. There is a King Master Suite and a Queen Suite located on the second floor for added. Three other rooms complete the second floor: 2 rooms with Twin Queen size beds plus another room with a Bunkbed.
Make the most out of your vacation, the home also has large sotting area upstairs with large LCD TV for those days where you just want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous home. Catch up on your favorite movies whilst lounging on the large sectional sofa.
To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting deck space complete with pool and bubbling spa, as well as an outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers and fooseball tale on the pool deck to enjoy.
