This property is situated in the private gated community of 'The Retreat at Champions Gate'. Inside the community you will find access to The Oasis resort with a first class clubhouse, bar, restaurant, gym, cinema and toddler room. Outside are 3 swimming pools, one of which is a kids pool, with a slide and waterfall. There is also a lazy river as well as a large pool for the family. Cabanas are available to rent  that are equipped with air conditioning. 

 Other outstanding features of the resort include volley ball, an outside eating area and not forgetting the Tiki Bar. Disney and other attractions are only a short drive away, as well as shopping, dining and golf.

The ground floor family area has a large dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. It also includes a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential utensils. The living area has two leather sofas and a large TV with cable.

All towels and bed linen are included in the house and pool towels are also supplied. A washing machine and dryer are located on the first floor.

 The property has a south facing patio area with a private pool, BBQ and an under cover outside dining area.
