Great air-conditioned two story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa with a private pool. Close to Disney
A beautiful air-conditioned 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa has two stories and is located close to Disney. There is new tile on the downstairs floor to help keep you cool on a hot Florida day.
As well as a TV & DVD player in each bedroom and lounge.
On the downstairs level there is a comfortable lounge with multi channel television and dvd player. The villa also comes with wireless internet so you can stay in touch with your loved ones back home. There is a dining area as well as a fully fitted kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge freezer with ice maker and microwave.
The first level also has a master en-suite bedroom with King sized bed, bathroom has bath and shower. There is also a TV and DVD player in the bedroom.
Lastly, there is a 2 car garage houses the washer and dryer.
The upstairs level has the additional bedrooms. None of the rooms are above the master en-suite bedroom so makes it ideal for 2 families to share.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with a TV and DVD player. and Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds also has a TV and DVD player as well as a games console, kid's toys, games and a put-up bed.
There is a Shared bathroom has a bath and shower.
The villa offers Ffree use of WIFI INTERENT and children's items cot, baby walker, high chair & stroller, put-up bed, booster car seat, toys, books and games.
The private pool area offers a screened Florida lanai that covers the deck and 12x24 private solar heated pool . Solar is free but if additional heat is required gas heat can be added at an additional cost.
This is a great villa for one family or two small families to share.

Bridgewater Crossing
Die Community Bridgewater Crossing ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt fuer ihren naechsten Urlaub in Florida.
Mit einer Groesse von 78 acer ist umgeben von einem grossen Naturgebiet und einigen Seen.
Die grossen Disney Themenparks sind alle innerhalb von 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, bis zum neu gebauten 36 Loch Golfplatz Champions Gate sind es nur 5 Minuten.
Bridgewater Crossing liegt praktischerweise an der Interstate 4 und bietet somit einen schnellen Zugang zu Supermaerkten, Shoppingmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants und einer Vielzahl von Freizeitaktivitaeten.
Der Madison Lake bietet ihnen mit einigen Wanderwegen die Moeglichkeit, sich von den anstrengenden Tagen in den Freizeitparks in der Natur zu entspannen, die Aussicht ist vorallem gegen Sonnenuntergang phaenomenal.
Bridgewater Crossing selbst bietet einen Riesenpool, Tenniscourts, inen Volleyball- und einen Basketballplatz.
Bis zum internationalen Flughafen von Orlando sind es ca. 30 Autominuten, bis nach Sanford ist es 1 Stunde.
