Property Description Looking for a place that'll sleep up to 8 people comfortably? Read on. This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation townhome has over 1,600 square feet of space. Please note that this vacation townhome doesn't have a private pool. As you walk through the front door, you'll immediately step foot into the well-decorated living room. Here, you'll find a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, a large, black leather, L-shaped sectional sofa, two white upholstered chairs, and a large black ottoman. Just to the side of the living room is the dining area, where you can enjoy a meal around the table with up to 6 total people. The galley kitchen overlooks the dining area and the living room. It also has stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils and small appliances you'd need. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom. It has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is superhero themed and has bunkbeds with a single bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. The fourth bedroom is Disney themed and has two single beds. Think you'll need to do some laundry during your stay? No problem! This home comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Head through the patio door in the dining room, and you'll enter the fenced-in patio area. This is a great place for young children to play safely. NOTE: THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY. IF YOU ARE TRAVELING WITH A PET, YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE. THERE IS A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $400 PLUS TAX FOR UP TO 2 PETS. THERE IS A WEIGHT LIMIT OF 45LBS PER PET.
