Our beautful new villa sits in a secluded, raised, location in a cul-de-sac on a private, gated, community. It contains 4 lovely bedrooms (including 2 master suites), 4 bathrooms, a private pool and a simple to operate spa which offers sweeping views over the conservation area behind the property. We are about 12 minutes south-west of DisneyWorld but just minutes from the I-4 which gives quick access to all the major parks and attractions such as Universal, Sea-World and Busch Gardens.

We are also right next to the brand new, world-class ChampionsGate golf complex, which includes 2 courses designed by Greg Norman and is also the new home of David Leadbetter's Golf Academy. There are many more top golf courses within 30 minutes drive - so if you are a golfer then you are in for a real treat!

The family room offers Cable TV; video; radio/CD player; a large pull-out sleeper sofa; direct access to the pool area; and a selection of videos, books and games for all the family. We have just re-themed it with Disney prints on the walls and a selection of Disney memorabilia, and chairs.

Pool and SPA The outsized swimming pool (15’ x 30’) is surrounded by an expanse of decking which provides plenty of room for the sun-loungers, table and chairs. The spa provides a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind at the end of each day. The decking offers a good deal of shade and is cooled by ceiling fans.

Bedroom 1 The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and opens through sliding glass doors to the pool area. It has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with sunken tub and a separate shower. Also includes TV and clock/radio.
Bedroom2 The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed and enjoys wonderful views from the large balcony. A table and chairs on the balcony means sun-worshippers can bake during the day, whilst in the evening it provides a lovely place to relax over a late meal and watch the sunset. The en suite bathroom has his and her vanity units, a sunken tub and a separate shower. Also includes TV and clock/radio.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 both have twin beds & cable TVs and are decorated with your favourite Disney characters. The Mickey Room also has a specially themed Mickey TV and DVD!

Our friendly local management company will pop round on your first morning to make sure that you have everything you need and to make sure you have directions to whichever park you want to try first! Just up the road is a large supermarket, plus a Chinese restaurant, McDonalds, Subway, Pizzas etc etc.
