Secluded and not overlooked the POOL AREA is located on an oversize corner plot with south facing pool deck views maximising the Florida sunshine - Just perfect for sunseakers wishing to top up the tan - NEW for 2012 LED Colour Changing Pool / Spa Lighting - creates a relaxing night time atmosphere in and around the pool & Spa area. A poolside rest room completes the outdoor facilities.
Inside the SUNSHINE VILLA there is an extensive range of quality facilities, including a well equipped Games Room, kitchen with breakfast area, Dining Room.
The SUNSHINE VILLA comfortably sleeps 12 (3 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and 2 sofa Double Sofa Beds ) with 2 en suite bathrooms, 2 communal bathrooms and to relax a choice of 3 lounge areas on the ground floor with a 4th on the upper level.
