The property is located at Caribbean Cove on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club development and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms providing two master suites.
The villa is fully equipped with plenty of extras including its own screened pool, two TV's (one in the en-suite bedroom) and video. The villa is also equipped with full air conditioning, smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
Apart from the obvious golfing advantages (you will be entitled to discounted playing rates) you will also have the full use of 2 Club Houses, which consist of a full sized Swimming Pool, fully equipped gym, children's play area, tennis courts and fishing lake, as well as a superb restaurant and bar.
You will be within walking distance of the nearest bank, 24 hour hypermarket, local bars and restaurants, while a whole host of shops, diners, and attractions are close by. Walt Disney World and the majority of Orlando's premier Theme and Water Parks are all within 20 minutes drive of our villa.
