The villa was completed in November 2000 as the last home in the community. It is well located for privacy and safety with lovely views particularly to the rear. It is stocked with everything you would expect to find in a well-equipped home. The floor layout of the villa is Floridian style open-plan with very high ceilings. It is bright and airy.

The kitchen appliances include dishwasher, microwave, auto-ice maker, a CD/Radio and, something rare in Florida, an electric kettle. The dining area is directly beside the kitchen, with a breakfast bar separating the areas.

The living room includes a sofa-bed, a large screen TV, a video recorder and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the swimming pool. There are sliding doors opening out from the living room onto the patio and swimming pool areas.

The patio has outdoor furniture and there are more glass doors leading from the dining room area to the outside dining table. The pool and patio area is screened to keep out leaves or insects. The pool has underwater lighting and is heated during winter months. Pool heating, recommended in winter requires a small extra daily charge.

The villa has four bedrooms, including two master en-suite bedrooms, each with double beds. Both master bedrooms have their own TVs. One master bedroom overlooks the pool and has sliding doors leading directly out to the patio. This bedroom also has a large walk-in wardrobe.

All three TVs are connected to a cable TV network with many, many channels.

There are two twin bedrooms. These rooms have been themed in Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh furnishings. The main family bathroom is near these two bedrooms. All the bathrooms have double-basin sinks.

The villa is equipped with modern air-conditioning and has ceiling fans in every room. There is gas-powered heating for winter nights. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer for laundry. The villa has double garage parking which can be reached from the utility room.

The villa comes fully supplied with bed-linen, towels and cooking wares. It has everything you need to move in, except food. For this, there is a very large Publix shopping mall within 3 miles. There are also Chinese take-outs, Mc Donalds, video rentals, and other stores in this complex. Alternatively there is a Chevron petrol station and convenience store within five minutes walk from the villa.

The villa is professionally cleaned after each stay, the pool and lawn are maintained weekly. A local manager will call in shortly after your arrival to ensure everything is fine and to answer any questions you have about anything.
