Each of your rooms has an en-suite bath, with high end toiletries and towels for your personal use. The Master suite it's own private sanctuary, with Jacuzzi tub, and his and her vanities. The kitchen will leave even the culinary artist in amazement, with all appliances meeting and exceeding the finest of gourmet kitchens. Your personal gourmet kitchen includes a Subzero Refrigerator and Viking Oven. This is only the beginning of all of our amenities.
As you enter the home you will find that our eyes will linger at every detail, from the checked marble flooring, to each exclusively designed tapestry and window treatment, there are small details, to seduce the eye and make for a stunning vacation setting. From there you can enter one of two sitting areas, that each open up to the gorgeous water views, that are subtle and charming reminders of how a vacation can be the most important journey we take yearly.
This home was designed with past and present intertwined, keeping to the tradition of a Mediterranean home, with a truly modern feel. As you walk into your garden area, you can sit and watch the beautiful yachts float by, or you can relax in the heated pool, with an edge the disappears over the edge.

• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
