This four bedroom, four bathroom home has been completely re-modeled for 2009, being painted inside and out, new tile and laminate flooring laid throughout and new high spec furnishings throughout making it appeal to all. The furniture and soft furnishings have been carefully selected to give this home the highest quality for guests. Light floods into the home and the living area, or great room, has skylights giving extra natural light to the home. It is located on a very popular sub division which provides a quiet and tranquil setting. The house offers guests everything they need to make their stay one to remember.

The main part of the house is open planned with a great room which has a sofa, love seat and rocking armchair. The entertainment unit houses an LCD flatscreen TV with over 100 cable channels for your entertainment. This room overlooks the pool deck. The formal dining area is adjacent to the great room and this is overlooked by the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full sets of crockery, cutlery and much more.

There are two master bedrooms. These are at the back of the home and each one has an ensuite bathroom that lads out to the pool deck. Both master bedrooms have king sized beds with upgraded linens, flatscreen TVs with cable, ceiling fans and high quality bedroom furniture. One master has a bathroom with walk in double shower, an oversized bath, toilet and double sinks. The other master has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

There are two other bedrooms, one has a bunk bed with twin above and full below. This has been designed as a children’s room but would be equally as comfortable for adults with the tasteful upgraded linens. The other room has a king sized bed with upgraded linens, ceiling fan and high quality furniture. Between these bedrooms is a third bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

At the front of the home there is a room that has been turned into a game room. This has the WiFi router, a foosball table, flatscreen TV and PS2 game console with 4 games. There is a fourth bathroom next to the game room which has which has a bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink.

Outside the south east facing pool and spa has the sun most of the day. There 4 chairs and table, two loungers and two reclining chairs with footstools so there is plenty of seating for the guests to relax on by the pool. The pool has been re-surfaced with a mosaic dolphin on the bottom. The spa rounds off your relaxation and will allow you to wind down after long days at the parks.

The sub division has a tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area and a soccer pitch for use by all guests. Being situated on the newly developed Highway 27 it is conveniently located to access all the parks and other entertainment venues and is close to a number of shops and restaurants.
