Our paradise property new in 2004, is situated in a prime position, located in an exclusive residential enclave containing homes worth over $1 million in its newest Estates section.
South West facing back garden area with a heated pool and eight-seater spill over Spa, ideal for those early evening cocktails whilst enjoying the fabulous sunset. The expanded extra large pool deck has a lake view with abundant sun beds and a barbecue grill for alfresco dining.
The villa was built for Florida living to give maximum enjoyment to guests. The living area has 2 cream sofas with coordinating tables and lamps. A 16-foot span of sliding glass doors affords a great view of the pool and spa beyond. We have a state-of-the-art home entertainment system with sofas and armchairs for additional comfort.
The Master Bedroom, Queen bedroom and living area wrap around the lanai and pool to create inside/outside living... This villa is our cherished home and just 10 minutes from the beach.
The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and a private sliding door to the pool, with a view to the lake. The huge master bathroom has his and hers vanity basins, a large corner bath plus an over-sized walk-in shower and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed, double fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath/shower. Bedroom 3 has two single beds plus a double fitted wardrobe and access to a full bathroom. A crib is provided, if needed. The fourth bedroom is a separate suite located at the front of the house with its own private door from the living room into a hall with a separate adjoining bathroom This comfortable room has a Queen size four poster bed with nightstands and lamps, together with spacious double, fitted wardrobes. The large formal dining area has seating for six, and the extensive lanai has three outdoor tables with chairs, plus four sun loungers.
Dual air conditions units supply filtered, cooled air, and will also feed warm air on the occasional winter day, if required. The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric pump. The master bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer and a linen cupboard containing a full range of house linens and towels. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with a full range of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pot and pans, catering to all needs.
