This luxurious villa is situated on Lake Berkley Resort. Ideally located , just 10 mins from Disney. Lake Berkley is a private gated enclave of homes surrounding their own clubhouse and recreational amenities. These consists of a private 13-acre lake with ovservation and fishing deck, swimming pool, vollyball & tennis courts and a beach. Wonderful spot to relax and let the kids play, while mum and dad cook lunch on the lakeside BBQ.

The Family room has a 55" TV and Play station. This villa has 3 Master suites 2 with a King size beds,3rd & 4th bedrooms have Queen size beds, 5th,6th & & 7th bedrooms have Twin beds and TV’s in all 7 bedrooms. The large west facing pool and spa backs onto the Lake.There is a games room and Internet
