Our villa was chosen for its position overlooking a conservation area and woodland from the pool deck.
All rooms in the villa are carefully furnished to our own high standards with all bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and utensils provided.
There is a formal lounge area together with romantic dining area for those special nights in.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances - there is a large fridge/freezer, family sized dishwasher and waste disposal unit, and the electric oven and hob has a built-in microwave.
The main family room has a 27" TV and DVD, plenty of sofas and plenty of space in which to leave the kids to play. You will find books and games in the cabinet for your enjoyment.
There are 2 Master Bedroom Suites - one with Queen size bed, TV/DVD player and wardrobe closet linked to its own en-suite bathroom with WC, His and Hers washbasins, a walk-in shower cubice and bath and one with King size bed with wardrobe closet linked to its own bathroom with WC, washbasin, walk-in shower cubicle and bath.
Two Twin Bedrooms, each with TVs, sharing a house bathroom with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower cubicle complete the sleeping areas although, if required, there is a double sofa bed in the front lounge which will sleep a further two people.

• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus: A cancellation within the last 30 days prior to arrival is possible, if the US government suspends travel from your country / state to Florida. Cancellation fees will be applied.
• Covid 19 / Coronavirus - Cancellation fees: 10 % of the total amount will be retained as cancellation costs. Credit card fees cannot be refunded.
