Our villa is situated in a residential community called Crescent Lakes. This location is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all the major attractions in Central Florida. The villa is fully furnished to a high standard throughout. Here are some details: The Great Room overlooks the swimming pool. This extremely attractive room is beautifully furnished. To help you feel at home, this room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater love sofa, 40" Satalite TV , DVD Play etc. The Dining Room overlooks the pool area and has seating available for up to six people. You can access the dining room from either the kitchen or the great room. The Master Bedroom has a Kingsize bed, telephone and Satalite TV , DVD The en-suite also contains a walk-in closet, and is equipped with the usual items. A hair dryer are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use. Bedrooms Two and Three: The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and also has a fitted wardrobe, both bedrooms have flat screen TV,s with Satalite T and DVD playes. The family bathroom is equipped with the usual items and a hair dryers are also provided. All bed linens and pool towels are provided for your use. All bedrooms are fully furnished and the double bedroom also has a TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the labour saving equipment you would find in a modern home including a telephone. There is a gas cooker, microwave, dishwashes, fridge/freezer and a waste disposal. The double garage houses the washing machine and dryer. The Pool, situated at the rear of the villa is fully screened and complete with patio furniture. Although in Florida the pool can be used all year round, heating is available to keep the pool temperature constant in the winter months. If heating is required, there will be an additional charge for use of gas. A pool safety alarm is fitted for the safety of your children. A welcome pack can be ordered and a BBQ hired.
