This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, on a canal with Gulf access. The dock behind the house can accomodate a boat up to 24 feet, or if you have a larger boat, a dock is available down the
street for boats up to 40 feet long. Boat rentals are available in the area. You might like to motor out to Anclote Key and spend the day sunning and swimming. Watch for manatee, dolphin, and rays as
well as many types of water birds. If you like to fish, there are fishing piers at state parks in the area, or just fish off the dock behind the house. Across the street is a public golf course.
You will have access to a private beach, with restrooms, grills, and cabanas. Swim, sunbathe, walk the beach, watch the sunset. Rent a boat or jet ski. You won't have to fight the crowds.
Just 20-40 minutes south of New Port Richey are the world-class beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. The Greek Community of Tarpon Springs, with the famous sponge docks, is just 20 minutes away. Enjoy delicious Greek food in a quaint little waterfront town.
