Located on the exclusive gated community of Briarwood, it is only an 8 minute drive to the gorgeous white sandy beaches and 5 minutes to Naples downtown area with its elegant shops and restaurants.

Our deluxe villa is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to the highest standards. It is equipped with every modern convenience designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

You can enjoy the view of the pool and gorgeous lake from virtually every room in the villa.

The private south east facing pool is solar heated and benefits from all day sunshine, offering you the perfect place to sit and unwind. The covered lanai/patio area offers some welcome shade and is a perfect place for outdoor dining. A gas BBQ is provided for eating al-fresco while enjoying the breathtaking lake views.

Living Room
This is an ideal area to sit and relax while enjoying the lake view through the triple sliding glass doors. You will find a large screen TV, DVD player and a selection of games and books. The glass doors lead directly out to the pool and patio area.

Dining Room
You will find a table which comfortably seats 6 people, this area is open plan with the living room.

Bedrooms
Extremely large, light room with views of the pool and lake. There is also direct access to the pool and patio from the bedroom. You will find a queen sized bed, 2 large walk in closets, TV, clock radio and a cooling ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has 'his and hers' basins, large oval tub, double walk in shower, shaver point and hairdryer.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are very spacious with a bright decor. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and has a view of the front gardens, the third bedroom has twin beds and views of the pool and lake. You will find large wardrobes, TV's, clock radios and ceiling fans in both rooms.

Kitchen
This room benefits from a large, bright bay window which over looks the pool area and lake. The dining table offers a perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast while taking in the fabulous view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and more including full size dishwasher, cooker, microwave, waste disposal system, large fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, a full range of table and glass ware and there is even an under cabinet radio and CD player. The separate laundry room has a full size washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Pool
Relax beside your own 13 x 28 ft fully screened private pool overlooking the stunning lake. The fine mesh screen allows the sun to penetrate but keeps the insects out, it is the perfect place to sit and do a little wildlife spotting, the lake attracts various species including many birds and turtles. The pool and lanai/patio are south east facing and benefit from all day sunshine. The patio area has plenty of room for sunbathing, a covered area offering some welcome shade and an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. There is a range of patio furniture including a large table, chairs and loungers. You will also find a gas BBQ supplied for al fresco dining while enjoying the views.
