Lounge / Dining
The spacious lounge has a 3 seater sofa which converts into a queen size bed and 2 love seats. The entertainment center with cable T.V. VCR and CD player is provided for your enjoyment. French doors open onto the covered lanai/patio leading to the pool.
There is also a separate formal dining area should you exhaust the vast number of restaurants nearby.

Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwater and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All crockery, cutlery and small electric appliances provided. The washing machine and drier are in the laundry area in the garage

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Cable T.V. and clock radio. French doors open onto the pool area.
Master Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Cable TV and clock radio.
Bedrooms 3 and 4, each room has two single beds and share the third bathroom with shower. Both rooms have clock radios. There are hairdryers in all bathrooms.

Pool
The private screened pool has child safety features and spacious deck area with 4 sunbeds for relaxing in the Florida sunshine. This is in addition to the quality patio furniture on the covered lanai/patio which has the added benefit of a ceiling fan.

• $200.00 deposit per week required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival
• All telephone bookings will be cancelled if the deposit is not received within 7 days.
• Damage deposit is required on the last payment ($300.00).
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks prior to departure - loss of rental deposit / Within 8 weeks - 100% of total rental.
