The Villa is situated on the prestigious Hampton Lakes Development which is located on US27 and is close to Shops, Supermarkets, Petrol Stations, and a variety of Restaurants catering for most tastes. The villa is a mere 15 minutes away from Disney and the major attractions including many local golf courses. There is a Children’s playground, Volleyball Court and Tennis Court available on the development.

The large, well laid out fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, microwave oven, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, and utensils.

For those special occasions there is a formal dining area and for less formal occasions there is a breakfast and seating area in the kitchen.

This villa has 3 master suites. On the ground floor are two king size bedrooms with walk in closets, TV , and telephone point. and is served by its own private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you will find another master suite with queen size bed, it's own TV, and telephone point, and en-suite bathroom.

Also upstairs and, sharing the fourth bathroom, you will find a further bedroom with two bunk beds and a fifth bedroom consisting of one twin and one bunk bed. There is also a rollaway bed if needed. This means that the villa can accommodate 12 people (plus an infant) in comfort. A crib, highchair, and stroller are available.

Your luxury Florida home has it's own private, fully screened swimming pool which has the added luxury of its own spa. There is also a Cabana Bath and toilet in the pools area. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels.

There are golf courses, shopping malls and numerous restaurants all within easy reach of this superb villa. Interstate 4 provides easy access to either the Gulf coast and it's stunning beaches, or the East coast where you can visit the Kennedy Space centre, Cocoa Beach, or enjoy the surf and numerous water sports.
