Within this beautiful landscaped resort you will find Volleyball & Basketball courts, a large swimming pool, and floodlit Tennis courts, all set amongst Rolling Hills and remarkable views of Walt Disney World and surrounding areas.

The Hampton Lakes estate features a fantastic communal area with two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, a swimming pool and children's play area.

Our villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are three Master bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and two twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom. There is a formal dining area, fully fitted kitchen with double height breakfast bar, comfortable TV lounge and games room.

Outside there is a large south-facing swimming pool & spa, an extended sun deck with covered lanai and children's safety fence. The most stunning aspect of the villa is the location overlooking the lake, which provides a secluded, peaceful haven to sip a cocktail or two at the end of a busy day at the parks; while watching the setting sun.

Hampton Lakes is ideally situated on US.27 with easy access to I-4 and highway 192. If you fancy a day at the beach, we are centrally placed with Daytona Beach on the Atlantic coast just an hour away, and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico about an hour and a half.

There is a new Publix supermarket, for all your catering needs, about a mile away and for golf lovers the Highlands Reserve golf course is practically across the road.
