Sisyllt is a luxury detached two Storey home, the rear of which faces South thereby affording sunshine all day long, this villa is also totally 100% private and not overlooked. It is surrounded by beautiful orange groves making this one of the most sought after villas on the development. As well as the fabulous outlook you have the Disney firework display to look forward to each evening as you watch them from the privacy of the pool/deck area and the bedrooms.

The villa sleeps 11 plus a cot for the younger ones in your party, a high chair and pram are provided also.

Toys and games including a sit and ride car are provided for the younger guests whereas a full size pool table gives the older guests endless hours of fun.

Our pool/deck area will leave you breathless, with a deck area of 50ft wide and 25 ft before you reach the pool and Jacuzzi. After swimming in and out of the feature fountains come and sit at our poolside bar and sip a glass of chilled wine or soft drinks for the children, then put on one of the famous US steaks on our state of the arts grill on our outdoor summer kitchen and eat Alfresco, what more could anyone want??

A 50 ft by 40ft fully screened patio area with a 15 ft by 30 ft South facing pool and Jacuzzi is furnished with a patio table (with parasol) and four chairs, and second patio table with six chairs, eight sun loungers and four bar stools which makes seating for twenty two guests. The spacious deck area (one of two of the largest deck area's on Hampton Lakes both including pool side bars) makes life much easier for the young ones to play and party and have a good time. If the sun gets too much for you there is a 12 ft by 50 ft lanai (porch) at the back of the villa, giving shade to those who need to "cool off" for a while. The porch is also fitted with two electric fan's to keep it nice and cool.

Stock up with chilled wines, beers and soft drinks for those warm nights. Our fabulous outdoor bar with a summer kitchen and electric grill makes barbequing so much easier and enjoyable, a state of the art grill with it's downdraft system gives you the great smell of your food without the smoke, chilled drinks can be kept in the fridge at the end of the bar.

The pool is fitted with an automatic cleaning and filtration system, underwater lighting and electric heater for the cooler winter months. The Jacuzzi, has it's own heating system and underwater lighting. So when you've had a full day at the Theme park you can come home to relax in a bubbling spa to plan you next exciting visit. There are three feature fountains in the pool to add to the ambience the pool are is 100% NOT overlooked, the setting it totally private, and orange groves and a dry lake surround you.

Watch the exciting fireworks every night from the pool area and your children will go to bed each night remembering the bright flashes of colour lighting up the Florida sky.
