The large covered pool area overlooks a wet retention Lake with a fountain allowing the occupents to relax with some privacy.Within the community of hampton Lakes you will find a Community pool plus tennis courts,volleyball court and a childrens play area.

Hampton Lakes is situated just off HWY 27 between the I4 and HWY 192 which allows easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios and surrounding Attractions such as Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center.With the I4 going from East to West,both Florida's Gulf coast and Atlantic coast are well worth a visit.

The House is large enough to allow occupents to have enough 'space' during their vacation to relax without being on top of each other. A large TV with cable and VCR is situated in the main living area with a remote control TV in each master bedroom.
