Our home can accommodate up to 10 people. We are only 45 minutes from Orlando International and 60 minutes from Sanford airports. There are numerous shops and restaurants within minutes from our villa. Our villa is privately owned and furnished to a luxurious standard.

This Villa includes five bedrooms, three bathrooms, full A/C, cable TV, VCR, private heatable pool and with a fully equipped kitchens, with the added advantage of bed linen and towels. The house is an Executive 5 Bedroom detached Villa and completed in May 2003 and is prominently sited in the brand new phase community of Hampton Lakes. This is in Davenport near Kissimmee on US Highway 27 South of Orlando at it's junction with US Highway 192, Hampton Lakes is a luxuriously furnished, fully air conditioned home that can comfortably accommodate 10 adults in the 3 Double and 2 Twin bedrooms with an additional Double Sleeper bed settee in the Living Room.

Kitchen
This is the most spacious part of the house. It includes a Breakfast Bar, Electric Cooker and Hood, built-in Microwave, massive Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice maker, Waste Disposal Unit, Dishwasher and Coffee Maker & English Tea-Pot). There is also a telephone point. Local calls can be made free of charge but long distance calls can only be made with a phone or credit card.All essential Kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied.

Dining Room / Lounge
This fully equipt Formal Dining Room sits 6 people. The lounge is fully air conditioned,with 25in colour TV and Video.

Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom has it's own private en-suite bathroom and it includes a very large walk-in closet, separate Roman bath and shower, vanity unit and toilet. There are 1 further master bedrooms 2nd master Bedroom with ensuite and 3rd Double Bedroom, With 2 twin rooms 1st twin Bedroom and 2nd twin Bedroom and family bathroom.

The Pool spans the complete width of the house and is totally screened. The 30' x 15' heated pool is positioned to make maximum use of the pool deck and the continuous sunshine. This area has occasional table, chairs and sun loungers and floodlights in the pool allow it to be used at night. It is serviced and can be cleaned during your stay at your request.
