full air-conditioning and its own private heated pool your search for a holiday villa in Florida may well be over.
Set in the idylic Hampton Lakes estate, all the major tourist attractions are right on your doorstep with Disneyworld
only 15 minutes away by car. There is no shortage of shops either, with 10 miles of retail outlets and restaurants on
highway 192 only minutes away.
This fully air conditioned house consists of 4 bedrooms,3 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Being a
bungalow, it gives easy access to wheel chair users.
The Villa has a family room, and also a lounge area so that everyone can relax in comfort which is a must after long
days at the theme parks and in the sun, or you can go for a swim in our 13'x26' swimming pool.
The Family room
Our Villa also has a family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a 3-seater sofa and love seat, occasional
and coffee tables, plus a 36" TV, DVD player and a stereo so you can watch a movie or listen to your favorite cd's. The
family room leads out to the large and sunny pool deck, thats simply perfect to soak in the Florida sunshine, or take
a cooling dip in the sparkling waters of the pool that can be optionally heated in winter.
The Lounge and Dining area
The Villa has a lounge and family area (that seats 6 at a contemporary table). The lounge has a queen-size sleeper sofa
and a love seat, plus lighting and occasional tables.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could need to prepare a great family meal to eat in the
dining area, or to enjoy at the breakfast nook. In the kitchen you will find a dinette table and chairs (4), coffee
maker, electric can opener, toaster, blender, hand mixer, kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, all your cups
glasses and dinningware, knifes, washer/dryer, oven/grill, dishwasher , fridge/freezer, microwave and much much more
(basically everything you could ever need).
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is en-suite and is fully furnished complete with a King-size bed, night stands with lamps and clock
radio, plus a dresser with a 19" TV,VCR and a walk-in closet. The master bedroom also boasts a spacious private en-suite
bathroom, with twin vanity basins, mirror, toilet and bath/shower.
The second bedroom on the opposite side of the house boasts a Queen bed, closet space, night-stand with lamp, dresser,
and a master bathroom with single vanity basin, bath/shower and toilet.
The third and fourth bedroom are fully furnished, this time with two single beds, night stand and closet space, both
these rooms share the family bathroom. Any of the rooms can have baby equipment installed for your needs.
The Swimming Pool
With heated pool, this area is fully screened and offers child safety nets. This area is furnished with table, chairs
and sun loungers. The pool area is a massive 24'x40', with the pool taking up 13'x26'.
