An added This villa has added advantage of two living areas giving you the opportunity to relax away from the television and the children in the separate living room. This large three-bedroom villa has four sofas, TV, VCR, HI-FI, and a PS2 with games.

Dining Area
A large table of ample size to seat all your family for that special meal that mum’s just cooked (probably a Take-Away).

Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal. Automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

• 1. Master with King size bed and en-suite, wardrobe and closet space.
• 2. Double bed and walk-in closet.

The Pool
Large 13’ x 26’ heated west-facing pool with night lighting, large sunbathing area fully screened for your comfort. Patio furniture and sun lounges.

• 25% or $175.00 deposit required per week to secure booking. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
• The amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• $250.00 damage deposit is required with final payment.
