This luxurious villa is situated at Hampton Lakes. One of the newest, premier resort style communities. It is ideally located just 15 minutes from Disney. Within this beautiful landscaped resort you will find Volleyball & Basketball courts, a large swimming pool, and floodlit Tennis courts, all set amongst Rolling Hills and remarkable views of Walt Disney World and surrounding areas.

Living Room & Family Room
This villa has added advantage of two living areas giving you the opportunity to relax away from the television and the children in the separate living room. This large three-bedroom villa has four sofas, TV, VCR, HI-FI, as well as an assortment of games and videotapes.

Dining Room
A large table of ample size to seat all your family for that special meal that mum’s just cooked (probably a Take-Away).

Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything you will need and more. i.e. Oven, Microwave, Toaster, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery. Double sink with waste disposal. Breakfast table in nook and much more!! Automatic washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms

• 1. Master with King size bed and en-suite, wardrobe and closet space.
• 2. Queen size bed and walk-in closet.
• 3. Twin beds.

The Pool
Large 13’ x 26’ heated pool with night lighting, large sunbathing area fully screened for your comfort. Patio furniture and sun lounges.

• $175.00 deposit required per week to secure booking. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
• The amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• $250.00 damage deposit is required with final payment.
