Situated on Highlands Reserve, our villa is located on the US27, just two miles from Hwy 192 and only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. What better than after a long day at one of the parks to come back to a beautiful home where you can relax in one of the two sitting rooms listening to the stereo or watching TV. Maybe a refreshing swim in the private pool,which overlooks pine trees, followed by a glass of sparkling wine as the evening sun goes down is more to your taste. At our villa, the choice is yours. Many guests choose to dine at one of the many restaurants, all located within a very short distance, but if you prefer to dine quietly at home, our kitchen will cover all your culinary needs.

When you walk in the door of our Villa on your left hand side is the 2nd Master Bedroom with the downstairs bathroom.

The spacious living area is divided in two, with one side having satellite tv, dvd, video etc as well as the entry to the larger than average pool. The other side is tv free for more sociable purposes.

Both areas have comfortable sofas and love seats.

Also downstairs is the kitchen and dining areas, with all mod cons in the kitchen.

The washing machine and dryer are in the utility room which then leads into our fabulous air conditioned games room featuring pool table, air hockey, fusball, darts, card table, satellite tv, dvd, video, play station and music centre etc.

The extended pool deck has 4 sun loungers, 2 recliners and 4 chairs with patio table. There are also small tables for each 2 loungers / recliners. The pool furniture has all been replaced in August 2005. There is also a BBQ.

The upstairs comprises of a master bedroom fit for a family! The bedroom is fitted out with a king size bed and has not one but 2 walk in wardrobes, a separate shower, beautiful bath, his and hers wash hand basins and a separate toilet.

There are three twin bedrooms with one being decorated in a Mickey Mouse theme for the kids.

There is a bathroom upstairs as well.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout and also has fans in all the bedrooms and living areas.

And just so you really feel at home we offer completely free telephone calls to anywhere in the world and wireless broadband internet access! (as this is not charged for we can not accept responsibility for any failure of our telecom providers)

We also have Setanta Sports channel which shows Bundesliga, Champions League, Championship, Chelsea TV, Heineken Cup, MUTV, Scottish Premier League, Six Nations, Tri Nations, World Cup Qualifiers. And much more, if you want a particular sporting event let us know and we will see if it’s available on pay per view and if so will book it for you!

We also have enough towels for everybody so you have a bit more room in your luggage.
