We chose our home on the basis of the convenience of all of the parks, the golf course and the family spacious accommodation. Only 2 minutes walk from the golf clubhouse, it allows guests to complete 9 holes and still join the family for day outings. It overlooks the green of the 18th hole and is set far back form the US 27 so is very quiet and peaceful.

The 3,454 sq feet provides very spacious accommodation allowing parties to take full advantage of the number of the beds and sofa-beds provided but not to feel that the house is overly crowded. The pool was especially designed by us to incorporate a toddler-friendly shallow part, a hot tub and main areas for general swimming. The deck was also enlarged to ensure plenty of room for the loungers and children to play.

The house was only completed in early 2001 and was fitted out to the highest standards. The kitchen is fully euipped and is convenient for the main sitting room as well as a kitchen eating area and separate dining room. We also incorporated 2 sitting rooms downstairs to allow for plenty of areas for all members of the party to relax.

The master bedroom is very generous with a magnificent bathroom with sunken bath and walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have walk-in closets to give plenty of storage space. The guest bathrooms are upstairs and downstairs giving easy access for swimmers to shower after their dip.
