Our villa is decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It has 4 large bedrooms (king size bed in master bedroom), 2 bathrooms (one on-suite). A beautiful and well equipped Kitchen. Cable TV, DVD player and best of all a large heated swimming pool. What’s more the villa is located on a prestigious 18 Hole 72 Par Championship Golf Course.

This is a brand new luxury 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached villa which is fully air-conditioned and also includes ceiling fans in each room.

As you enter through the front door you have a large foyer leading into the large carpeted combined spacious living and dining area which is tastefully furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The large sofa can be turned into a queen sized bed, enabling the villa to sleep up to 10 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with an impressive en-suite which includes double sinks and large mirror, a separate large garden tub bath, a huge walk in shower and separate toilet area. Plus the bedroom has cable T.V & DVD. Access to the pool area can also be obtained from the sliding patio doors. There is a large walk in closet which is the size of a small bedroom in the UK!

Bedroom 2 has a double sized bed, bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twin bedrooms with built in closets. Bedroom three also has cable TV. Between bedroom 3 & 4 is the second bathroom with single sink, large bath, overhead shower and toilet.

The large tiled floor kitchen is fabulously appointed with all the normal appliances you could think of, including dishwasher. The fridge freezer even has its own ice dispensing machine which the kids seem to love! Just off to the kitchen is the breakfast area featuring a glassed top table with seating for 4. You can also access the pool area from this part of the villa through the sliding patio doors.

Off from the kitchen sits the utility room which houses the separate washing machine and tumble dryer. This also leads into the double garage which has a remote controlled door.

To the rear of the property is the fantastic privately screened 28 x 14 ft swimming pool for your own private use. Depth of the pool ranges from 3ft to 6ft. There are luxury sun loungers to laze around on and soak up the fabulous Florida sun. The pool is maintained and serviced every week by our management company to ensure it is kept in a pristine and safe condition. The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee, but this is normally only required between October and March. The pool also has underwater lighting for night time use. Should you wish to seek shade from the sun there are luxury outside chairs and a table in the lanai area which also has an overhead fan.

Access to the pool can easily be secured off, if you wish, using the security fence. This ensures children cannot enter the pool without adult assistance.

Highlands Reserve is the home of a Championship 18 hole 72 par Golf Course. This location was the key factor for us when we were choosing a villa in Florida. It is a prestigious location and well sought after. We were lucky enough to purchase the very last plot of land at this location. As soon as you enter the main entrance of Highlands Reserve you are met with an air of class and quality in its entirety. Everything is constructed and maintained to an exceptionally high standard.

Travelling time from Orlando International Airport to the villa is approximately 30 mins. To get to Walt Disney World from the villa is about 15 mins and Sea World & Universal Studios about 20 mins.

The 192 which is about a 5 minute drive, has every type of food restaurant you could imagine. A large Publix supermarket is literately round the corner only being approximately 2-3 minutes away.

You can rest assured you will not be disappointed when you stay in our villa. Making such a statement would be fool hardy and we would be embarrassed in making such a statement if it were not true.

A Community pool and tennis courts are also to be found within the development.
