The main feature of the exterior of the villa is the customised pool with seperate spa and rock waterfall feature with tropical plants and flowers. The pool decking has been extended as much as possible to allow plenty of room for everyone to sit out around the pool enjoying south-easterly views of the lake and conservation area woodland with its rich wildlife beyond.
Comfortable seating and a gas barbecue is provided for al fresco evenings around the pool and the size and nature of the plot offers privacy with quiet - ideal for relaxing after a days actvities!
Our villa has 7 bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms and will comfortably sleep 14 + 2 cots. We have furnished and accessorised the villa to the highest standard possible. Most of the house is in a kind of rich French Chateau style with four poster beds and an elegant formal dining area.
The family room and kitchen diner are, however, casual with rustic pine furniture and top grain leather sofas which are great for relaxing in whilst watching the large HD TV and BOSE digital home theater system complete with a PS2 and an X-Box.
The garage has been converted into an airconditioned games room complete with an 8ft Brunswick pool table, air hockey and foosball. Superb entertainment in the lazy evenings when not enjoying the relaxing rock waterfall from the spa. We ask that you refrain from bringing your pets or from smoking within the home.

The 7 bedrooms all come with pillow top quality mattresses and are divided as follows
- Master suite 1 is a King with en suite bathroom, located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and views over the conservation area
- Master suite 2 is a King room with en suite bathroom, located on the first floor at the rear of the property with views over the pool and the preserve beyond
- Master suite 3 is a Queen room with en suite bathroom, situated at the front of the property overlooking the resort
- Bedroom 1 is a twin room sharing an en suite bathroom with
- Bedroom 2 is a Queen room with shared en suite bathroom (with Bedroom 1), and overlooks the resort
- Bedroom 3 (themed for children) has bunk beds and shares an en suite bathroom with Bedroom 4
- Bedroom 4 (themed for children) is a twin room with shared en suite bathroom (with Bedroom 3).
