This new property is fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It has a private covered heated outdoor pool and spacious accommodation comprising 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family room, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, laundry room and double garage. It can comfortably accommodate up to ten people, and has good child facilities including a crib and travel crib, high chair and toys. The villa benefits from an alarm system monitored 24 hours a day by Brinks, one of America's leading security companies. All external doors and windows are alarmed, and the system also includes smoke and fire detectors together with motion sensors. The alarm system has a direct connection to the emergency services on activation, for your peace of mind and security.

Emerald Island provides excellent facilities for a family holiday, from the clubhouse which has something for everyone - pool, spa, sauna, excercise room, cyber cafe, bar, children's play area - to leafy trails for walking or biking, picnic areas and beautifully landscaped grounds. Just 3 miles to Disney World, and shopping and dining out is only a short walk or drive away. Access to airports and all the major Florida attractions is easy.

Our home: The family room, from the landing. The room is equipped with a 32" TV, DVD/CD player, VCR and quality furnishings. The kitchen is fitted with high quality units and equipment. Blender, Mixer, Coffee percolator, Icemaker, Cold water dispenser, Microwave. This view looks through to the breakfast nook with the patio and pool beyond. The master bedroom. Space and sheer luxury, with a huge king-size bed. It has a bathroom with corner bath, shower, WC, wash basin and walk-in wardrobe. There are three luxurious bathrooms in the villa. The second bedroom, with king-size bed. The third bedroom is another luxurious room with queen-size bed. There is also the Harry Potter bedroom, with twin beds. An alternative set of bedding is provided for the use of older guests. The fifth bedroom, complete with twin beds and Winnie the Pooh furnishings.
All of the five bedrooms are fitted with TV sets.

The pool area is covered and surrounded by a lanai.Heating is an optional extra, which is only necessary during the cooler months. Seats can be under cover in any weather. There is a fan above the covered seating area. Plenty of space for relaxing. A security fence is provided to safeguard small children around the pool. In addition to the chairs and table, there are 4 sun loungers, and 2 junior chairs and table.
