This is our beautiful fully air conditioned home in Orlando. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a gamesroom and a heated swimming pool/spa, it is the perfect place to spend a Disney vacation. Located on the prestigious gated Emerald Island Resort, you will be able to make use of all the clubhouse facilities too.
The house, in this secure gated and guarded community, is ideally located to make convenient use of the clubhouse facilities which include a games room, fitness room, steam/sauna room, cyber cafe(free internet), Tiki bar, cable TV and large communal pool and play area. There are tennis courts, a sand volleyball court and an 11 acre nature trail too for walking, jogging or biking. A concierge service provides information and attraction tickets as well as a shuttle service to the parks (at reasonable cost) for those who prefer not to drive. There are 3 beaches about 1 hour's drive away but within walking distance you can find local restaurants and a short drive will give you a huge choice of shops and restaurants.
After an energetic day at one of the parks, what better way to relax than to take a dip in the south-facing heated pool? There's even a spa if you really want to pamper yourself. For the sun worshipers, you can while away the hours lying out on the decking and if it gets too hot, there's a covered lanai for shade. A large patio table and chairs are also provided.
The games room is a gamer's delight! Not only is there a Foosball table and a pool table but new for 2005, we've added an air hockey table, electronic darts and 4 mountain bikes. It will keep the little (and big) kids amused for hours! We wouldn't blame you if never wanted to leave and go home...
The master bedroom has patio doors to the pool deck. For convenience there is also a door from the deck into the bathroom.
The villa is kitted out for both casual eating at the breakfast nook table or you can dine in the more formal setting of the dining room.
Emerald Island
Emerald Island is situated just off 192 behind "Splendid China".There are numerous restaurants,cafes and supermarkets
just a few minutes drive away.Formosa Gardens, with various shops,dining areas,photo developing,liquor store and
supermarket (which is open 24 hours) is only 1 minutes drive away.
As you drive up towards the entrance of Emerald Island Resort, you will notice the well tendered areas of woodland.
Once you reach the gates,manned 24 hours a day, you are greeted by the Uniformed security guard. You will see the
splendid roundabout with the ornate Italian dolphin fountains. The club house is to the left of this with its array of
facilities,including ,gym, sauna,cyber cafe, and a reception.
Out side is the communal pool with,tot lots and a spa.The bar is open and ready for you to sip a cocktail as the sun
goes down. If you prefer you can wander through the woodland walk way which has picnic tables scattered about,so you
can enjoy a meal alfresco. You can feel safe in the knowledge that Emerald Island is a gated community.
