We are proud to present our luxury executive Florida villa near Disney which is located in the sought after community of Calabay Parc, Davenport. It is situated off Hwy 27 with easy access to all major attractions. For enthusiast golfers our Florida Vacation villa is close to Champions Gate Golf Course, Southern Dunes Country Club and many more.

Our luxury Florida villa is furnished to a very high standard. Our local Management Company look after the villa as if it were their own and make sure that they accommodate our guests needs when required. They ensure that the villa is cleaned to a very high standard prior to our guests arrival.

Our Florida Vacation Home comprises of 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. There are 2 master ensuites which is ideal for two families sharing.

The first master bedroom has a large walk in closet with plenty of storage and Cable TV. The large luxury ensuite bathroom has his and hers twin basins, a large corner bath and separate shower area. This bedroom has direct access to the pool area.

The second master bedroom also has a large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower area. It too has direct access to the pool area.

The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds and share the third bathroom. These rooms also have ample storage space

The living area is comfortably furnished and has Cable TV, DVD player with a selection of DVD's, Playstation 2, CD player and CD's, board games, books and toys for all the family.

There are two dining areas. The nook area is ideal for breakfast and lunch with the more formal dining area great for evening meals. Both area seat 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will require for your stay. There is a separate utility area which houses a washing machine and dryer.

Calabay Parc is one of the most desireable developments and this villa is furnished to a high standard providing all you require for a superb holiday. There are supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities close by including several championship golf courses.
