Our beautiful villa was completed in June 2003. It has four spacious bedrooms - two with en suite facilities -
providing sleeping accommodation for up to eight persons.
Family Room: On entering the front door and standing in the tiled foyer, your eyes will focus straight ahead
to the luxuriously furnished family room. Ample seating is provided by sumptuous leather settees and, for your
enjoyment, a large cable TV and DVD player with surround sound system are located in a large cabinet. As well as the
air conditioning throughout the villa, the family room has a ceiling fan for your added comfort. French windows lead
you from the family room to a covered lanai by the pool. Again, for your comfort, a ceiling fan is located in the
lanai to help you enjoy those relaxing drinks as you wind down after a thrilling day at one of Orlando's many theme
parks.
Kitchen: To the left of the foyer is a fully fitted kitchen comprising dishwasher, range, oven, microwave and
refrigerator with ice maker. Forward from the kitchen, at the front bay window, is an eight place dining table. To the
right of the foyer is the utility room with washer and dryer.
Bedrooms: Off the family room to the right are bedrooms three and four each with twin beds and TV, one with a
Sony Playstation 2. The villa's third bathroom, which they share, is situated nearby.
To the left of the family room is master bedroom one. This large bedroom is tastefully furnished with a king size bed
and TV. A short passage past a walk-in closet leads to the spacious master bathroom including a walk-in shower enclosure
and twin basins. There are windows in the master bedroom looking out to the lanai and pool area.
Master bedroom two is on the other side of the lanai and also has a king size bed, a TV and en suite facilities which
have a door leading out to the lanai.
Pool: There is an extended deck are around the inviting pool and a full range of poolside furniture is provided
for your leisure.
