WP3323 is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse that sleeps eigth. It also has its own private north facing pool and is located in the clean and safe gated community of Windsor Palms, which is 4 miles south of Disney World.
You are also close to all shopping and restaurants. The luxurious living room leads to a private pool. Our heat-optional pool has privacy walls along the side and the highly coveted "privacy screens" in the pool enclosure for the utmost privacy during your stay.
The pool deck features cushioned chairs to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather or stay in touch with family & friends with the high-speed wireless internet that is available throughout the home.
The main living area includes the dining room with its table for six and a nearby breakfast bar that can easily seat another two.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from snacks to a full course meal for your family. You'll love the kitchen's open design and looking out on the main living area and lanai.
The upstairs master bedroom is a restful retreat that offers a king-sized bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The accompanying en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combination and large vanity.
The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, cable TV and large window to let in the Florida sunshine. The bedroom offers a door straight into the hall bathroom.
The upstairs Bunk bedroom has TV so kids can watch their TV favorites. This bedroom offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Parking along with unloading/loading luggage is a breeze as you will have your own private driveway and numerous visitor stalls right across the street in case you have company or are utilizing more than one vehicle.
*Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 5 cars per property. Also No commercial vechicles are allowed in the community.
The Windsor Palms Resort includes numerous amenities that as a guest are free for you to use. There's an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a pool side Tiki bar, a hot tub, a splash park and playground. In the clubhouse you'll find a well stocked Sundry Shop, a games room, fitness room as well as a 50 seat movie theatre where you can watch free movies. You are also invited to enjoy the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts (basketballs, volleyballs etc are provided from the clubhouse for a security deposit). There are even bike rentals!
