Property Description This townhome, located in the Windsor Palms Resort Community, has a total of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 8 people (with a sofa bed). This vacation home is perfect for the average sized family looking to get away and have a great break. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. One of the bedrooms with two single beds is even Disney-themed – perfect for the kids! All bedrooms have their own TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could find yourself needing when preparing a meal. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar, which seats 3. For a little more space and for something a little more formal, there is a small dining area with 4 chairs just off of the kitchen. Overlooking the kitchen is the living room, which has comfortable sofas and a TV. Looking for somewhere to cool down? Just through the living room’s patio doors is the splash pool area complete with patio furniture. Community Description Windsor Palms Resort Community is a fabulous gated vacation home community and is an ideal place for your family’s Disney vacation. This vacation community is surrounded by wide boulevards and beautifully set in sub-tropical, palm fringed streets and is extremely close to Walt Disney World, just 3.5 miles. These vacation rental homes and condos surround a 7500 square foot clubhouse consisting of a large swimming pool with sun deck and hot tub, separate toddler pool and spa. Inside the clubhouse there is an internet café, state-of-the-art fitness center with treadmills, stepper, weight machine and stationary bike, convenience store, arcade games, pool and ping pong tables, a 58-seat cinema where you can play your own family-oriented DVD's, and a sundry shop that is open from 8:00am to 10:30pm.
