This home, located in the established community of Wellington Woods, is just far enough from major roads to afford the privacy you want with the convenience you require. This home will delight your family, whether you choose to relax by the heatable pool, or in the air conditioned living space. There are 4 bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, 1 full bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms) and 2 bathrooms,2 seating areas and will accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. We also have the property next door so it is ideal for a two family holiday Wellington is located off US Highway 27 and within walking distance of restaurants and shops, and is just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Wal-Mart is within a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to shopping, supermarkets, restaurants on Highway 27 and Highway 192, factory outlets and the Florida Mall and Mall of Millennia. Although Wellington is close to all the action, it retains its quiet and peaceful charm. Highlands Reserve Golf Club neighbors this development with a wide selection of other golf courses nearby, including Orange Lake Golf Club and Champions Gate. I-4 is just minutes away and provides easy access to the beaches near Tampa on the west coast or Cocoa and Melbourne on the east coast.

Terms and conditions
• 25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.
• The total amount has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
• Security deposit is required no later then 1 week before arrival.
• Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
• Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
