The kitchen, living room, and dining room areas all share the same tiled space, making it great for entertaining. The Living room has a large L-shaped sofa, direct access to the pool via large glass sliding doors, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching your favorite Disney movie on the night before heading out to the park. Simply put, the kitchen is a chef's delight. It large, spacious, and comes with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances/gadgets that you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals.
When it's time to eat you can do so around the grand dining table, which seats up to nine people, or the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats up to four people.
If you want fun things to while staying in this house, they you won't be disappointed. Firstly, head upstairs, and you'll find a second stylish living room area, complete with comfortable seating and large flat screen TV mounted to the wall. Right next the up stairs living room is games room, complete with poker table and pool table. If poker and playing pool are not your thing, then head downstairs to converted garage, and you'll find a second games room! The second games room is pirate themed and a Pirates of the Caribbean arcade game, foosball, and an air hockey table.
If you're looking for some outdoor entertainment, then head the private pool and spa at the back of the house. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and the retaining wall directly behind the house offers added privacy from your rear neighbors. For those who want to work on their tan, there are some sunbeds dotted around the pool area. For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there is plenty of outdoor furniture to relax on under the covered lanai.
