A 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom town home with a pool situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.

This home is at the end of a block which allows it to have a pool, which is unusual for a town home. It is located on the last block of the street so is out of the way of traffic coming onto the resort making it quiet and peaceful. Guests can relax in the pool or on the block-paved deck. Inside the home there is a newly laid tile floor on the ground floor which makes the home feel really cool.

Downstairs there is a living area with sofa and loveseat with a LCD TV and DVD player. There is also a dining area which seats six people, with two bar chairs at the counter provides extra seating. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas giving a social feel to the home. The kitchen is furnished with cutlery, crockery and cookware needed for your vacation should you decide to eat at home. There is also a bedroom with queen bed and TV downstairs and a full bathroom which has a bath and overhead shower. The washer and dryer is also located downstairs.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom which has a double shower. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each.

The house has been decorated neutrally and has furnishings that make the house very appealing for eight people comfortably or ten people if the sleeper sofa is utilised.

Terra Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
