It is located in a prestigious, highly sought-after community: The Shire at West Haven, Davenport, with easy access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer. 20 minutes to Disney World, 5 minutes to Champions Gate golf courses, restaurants and grocery stores, and 5 minutes to the I-4, which can take you to the many shopping malls, Kennedy Space Center, Theme Parks, beaches and the airport. The house is equipped with many features, designed to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as your own home. After a long day at the theme park, nothing beats relaxing in the heated pool and spa, sitting under the covered lanai with easy access to pool side shower, enjoying freshly cooked BBQ from the gas grill, bathing in Florida sunshine and enjoying the spectacular view of the conservation area.
