Our spacious luxury two storey executive home is located at Hampton Lakes, Davenport, which is generally regarded as being one of the most prestigious developments of privately owned homes in the Davenport area.
The property is suitable for accommodating two families, with 5 bedrooms which can sleep 10 guests comfortably and 4 bathrooms; a cot and high chair is provided free of charge. The accommodation is fully air conditioned and arranged on two storeys.
The ground floor features a large living room, dining room, large luxuriously appointed family room, breakfast area and kitchen, laundry room and imposing master bedroom suite, with queen sized double bed, plus private and very spacious en-suite bathroom, with oval bath tub, shower cubicle and separate W.C.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor with two luxurious bathrooms, with handwash basin, toilet and bath with fitted shower. All bedrooms have walk-in fully carpeted wardrobes. Access to the heated swimming pool can be gained from the patio doors in the master bedroom, and the breakfast area. A large double garage provides ample room for your rental car.
Hampton Lakes has a Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts and Volleyball faciliities and is approximately 15 mins from World Drive, and the entrance to Disney World, Epcot Centre, Disney MGM Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island, Disney Village and Animal Kingdom. The China Theme Park is also only 15 mins drive from the house.
There is also a Championship Golf Course, plus Tennis Courts at the Orange Lake Country Club which is approximately 10 minutes drive. Cocoa Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are about one hours drive away. The journey to Tampa, and the white sands of the Gulf Coast, takes about one and a half hours. Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando, are both within 30 minutes easy drive.
