Amazing four bedroom single story villa with its own private pool located in the gated community of Westridge Manors South. Stunning! Summer Breeze villa has been furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. A lot of care and thought has been put into the artwork by the owners. The family room has wood effect tiled floors and a comfortable corner sofa for you to sit and relax on while watching the large screen 60" tv or to chat with the chefs in your party in the open plan kitchen which features black granite tile. The dining area has a large high top table with seating for 8 people, The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large wall mounted TV and tile on the floor. Pastel colored walls and white furniture give this room a feeling of elegance. Sliding doors lead out to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has a tub and shower and also leads out to the pool deck. The 2nd master bedroom at the front of the house features a queen size bed and has also been beautifully decorated and furnished. It also has a wall mounted TV for guests to enjoy. This room also has en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms, the first with single beds, the second with bunk beds. Both rooms have wall mounted TV's. Make yourself at home by the pool, relax on the sun loungers after a long day at the parks, or on those days when you just want to chill. There is also a table and chairs, perfect for outside dining. The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost. Gas BBQ rental also available on request. Free wireless internet and calls to the US and Canada are included with this home. Westridge (Manors South) is approximately a 5 minute drive from a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways close by. Approximately five miles away is the Posner Park shopping area with a cinema, JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.
