This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated in the gorgeous community of The Manor at Westhaven which is a beautifully landscaped quiet gated community in one of the Disney Areas’ most sought after locations. The villa is situated 15 minutes from Disney World with theme parks such as Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom , Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The Manor at Westhaven also features tennis courts and a children’s play area and cabana for use by guests.
This fully air-conditioned villa has ceiling fans to the living area, bedrooms and covered lanai and ample room to accommodate up to 8 guests in comfort. There are two master bedrooms with en suites and ample wardrobe space both with direct pool access via patio doors with TV's to the master suites with cable TV. And two twin bedrooms with a 3rd bathroom.
The large comfortable living/dining area has pool access via large sliding doors and a large TV in the living area with a Playstation 2 and DVD player. The villa boasts a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.
A large secluded 30ft x 15ft pool with a spa and oversized pool deck and also featuring a removable child safety fence is a wonderful place to relax after a long day at the parks.
Additional amenities include High Speed Internet and Games room with an 8ft pool table, foosball table and air hockey. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer and safe for use by guests for valuables.
