Luxury villa will sleep 10 people comfortably
The Villa is situated in the development of Sunrise Lakes, this villa has a south facing heated pool.
The villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard with premium fixtures including air conditioning and ceiling fans. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining and family seating area. The family area has sofas, armchair and a coffee table along with a colour TV, DVD player and several films to suit all ages. There is also an X-Box and Play Station 2 with a selection of games for guest enjoyment. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a large worktop area and ample cupboard space along with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave. The dining area has a breakfast bar with 3 high stools and also a dining table and 4 chairs.
At the front of the villa is the formal lounge and dining room including 2 sofas, coffee table, dining table & 6 chairs. The downstairs master suit has a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan, a unit enclosing a TV with DVD player, dresser unit, mirror, and a large walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom hosts a bath, separate shower, toilet, sink and vanity unit. There is a small washroom downstairs which has a toilet and sink. The garage hosts the games room equipment including a football table, air hockey table and a pool table. In the corner of the garage is the laundry area with a large washing machine and tumble drier.
On the upper floor of the villa there are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, built-in wardrobes, dresser units and ceiling fans. One of these rooms includes an en-suite with a shower, sink & toilet. Two further bedrooms with twin beds, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and TVs. There are 2 communal bathrooms on the upper floor including bath, overhead shower, toilet and vanity unit..
The patio door, at the rear of the property, opens onto a screened pool deck with a south facing pool overlooking a conservation area. Patio furniture and sun loungers are provided on the deck an also a pool safety screen which should be used where small children are present. In the interest of safety, no diving is permitted or the use of footballs or any objects which would potentially damage the pool screen. Pool heat is available if required.
All bathrooms are equipped hairdryers and towels. A supply of coloured towels for pool use can be found in the kitchen closet. All local telephone calls are free and a free wireless internet connection is also available. SMOKING is strictly forbidden in any internal area of the villa. The villa is fitted with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers for guests safety.
The home is looked after by hardworking property managers with many years of experience. They provide a booklet for the home with useful information for the guests and a few rules and regulations. There are also several notices around the home which give guidance and house rules such as trash bin days etc.
This villa is ideal for a family to relax and enjoy comfortably and is very welcoming after a busy day at the parks or out enjoying the many aspects of Florida.
