This vacation home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 8. It also has a private swimming pool and games room for everyone's entertainment.
The kitchen is L-shaped and looks over the dining and living areas. It has white cabinets, granite countertops, modern appliances, comes fully equipped with all the standard kitchen utensils and small appliances, and it has a breakfast bar with seating for up to 4 people.
If the breakfast bar has too few seats and is too informal, use the formal dining table. It's long, wooden, and it has seating for up to 8 people. This is the perfect place for everyone to meet up and enjoy a nice meal together.
The living room is just past the dining area, and it has two leather sofas, two orange armchairs, a patio door, and a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall.
Walk through that patio door, and you'll enter the pool area, which is screened-in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. There's a covered lanai with a patio table, 6 chairs, and a BBQ underneath it, which is the perfect place to dine alfresco. There's also a medium-sized pool to cool off in and a couple of sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan.
Too hot outside or bored of the pool? Head to the garage, which has been converted into a games room. Here, you'll find a basketball hoop game, pool table, foosball table, and an air hockey table. You're sure to spend hours playing games here.
