Cordova Villa is fully tiled throughout the living spaces has been beautifully furnished. The villa design is one of our most popular due to its spacious open plan aspect. This villa has two living areas, perfect for two families. The living room at the front of the house also incorporates the dining area is a quiet space - great to escape from the kids!

The fully equipped, modern kitchen is open plan and looks onto the breakfast area and family room so the cooks in the house can join in the fun! The family room has large comfy sofas to sit back and relax or look out on to the pool deck.

The large master bedroom is a great place to relax with it's own bathroom with corner bath and walk in shower.. The twin bedrooms share a bathroom and the fourth bedroom also has it's own bathroom.

To the rear of the villa the pool and spa are welcoming, especially on hot Floridian days is furnished and is furnished with sun beds and table and chairs for a little alfresco dining. Swim, play or sunbathe the choice is yours! The pool does have an optional heater which can be activated at an extra cost.

Keep in touch with free internet access and free local calling. The villa also has a washer and dryer to take care of those wet swimming clothes.

Solana is a gated community with and has some of the best community facilities in the area. Facilities include a large pool and spa, beach volleyball court, recreation field and a golf putting green. Additionally there is a well equipped clubhouse with a fitness room, arcade & internet access for guests use.

Solana is conveniently situated close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways around it. Just two miles away is the new Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more.

Solana is just off Hwy 27 and is located well for Disney parks and the new Legoland park is a short 20 minute drive to the south. Close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.
